Our Pledge to You...

*That the ocean views you have at contract will not be compromised.

The developers of Bella Costa own 5400 Ocean Boulevard (the Hartford Annex) and pledge to you that your view over that property will remain or improve, as 5400 Ocean Boulevard will not be rebuilt higher than three levels.

*That your contract price will be your closing price.

*That your earnest money deposit is secure.

The developers of Bella Costa will not be using your earnest money during the construction phase. Your earnest money will remain with the closing attorney and at groundbreaking the deposit will be held in trust by the bank and placed in a certificate of deposit in the purchasers name and A & A Development LLC. All interest earned and accrued during the construction phase will be paid to the purchaser at closing.
